I can’t believe 2013 is already behind us and the New Year is here, but I think I say that EVERY year!

I meant to post this last week, but I’ve been bumming it around, haven’t gotten out of my pjs, been potty-training my 3 yr old, drinking too much hot chocolate, lighting fires to stay warm (and because they’re pretty), and finishing up the last package of oreos before I attempt to lose weight for the 10,786 time!

Thanks for making this year a great one!

I hope you enjoyed some of these preparedness posts and one of  your favorites made the list!

Hearing from you is by far my favorite part, and just in case you were wondering –
the top 3 commenters of the year were:

  1. John R.
  2. Evil
  3. Julie S. – who also has a fabulous blog, check-it-out!

I can’t believe this little blog has had visitors from over 175 countries this year! It’s great to see that people all over the world are being proactive and taking an interest in becoming prepared!

All right… now on to setting and accomplishing goals!

Feel free to let me have it (be nice of course) and tell me what you want to see more of, less of, learn about, etc…

2014 here we come, ready or not!

ENJOY THIS POST? NEVER MISS ANOTHER!

Wow, is that my name on your list of commenters? Or is there another one here? Just askin. Can hardly believe my name made a list like this. Only thought my name would get on the list of people hated by the “Rulers”. I must be movin up. My New Year resolution was “Don’t make resolutions you can’t keep”. Wonder if I can keep that one?

You are so funny! I really enjoy your blog (my favorite), I do have one question. Since I am new to your site, I look back at some of your older posts. I clicked on location for LDS Home Storage Centers and it took me to an LDS welfare site. s there another place I can find the locations or are they still in operation? Guess that was two questions. Anyway, thank you for all the good information you provide. Happy New Year to you.

      Thanks Tee!

You’re at the right place. The welfare site is where you want to be! When you click on the different icons it will let you know what is available in that area such as:

      – Home Storage Centers (canneries)
      – Family Services
      – Employment Services
      – Thrift Store

If you are looking for the Home Storage Centers, they have the gold leaf symbol, so click on that to find one near you.

      Hope that helps!

You crack me up! I totally think you should get a reward, what do you want? I didn’t realize in the report at the end of the year they mentioned the top commenters, I couldn’t help but post it ;)

Maybe, this year I’ll come up with something to give! Any ideas?
