Recently, I had the privilege of being on Kyle’s podcast over at Rational Survivor. I don’t know how he does it, but he produces a new show nearly everyday. It was fun getting to chat with him for an hour or so about our preps – and even though he’s not a fan of Texas or anything in it, he still put up with me ;) In fact, we may have different ideas on a lot of issues, but we do agree on Hillary Clinton, turf grass, and HOA’s!
I’m not sure if Kyle knew what he was getting into when he asked me to be on his show, but he is a total natural at interviewing people and doing podcasts – something I’m definitely not. I rarely do podcasts, and for good reason – I get easily distracted, and am excellent at not answering questions directly. Maybe I was meant to be a politician. Or maybe I just forgot how to have an adult conversation; I’m use to talking to kids about why we don’t pee all over our room during time-outs (highly intelligent stuff like that).
